Identification/Student Cards

To obtain your Brock Card, visit the Brock Card office in Sean O’Sullivan Theatre box office, Room TH221A, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. or contact: brockcard@brocku.ca.

Please bring government-issued photo identification such as a driver’s licence or passport and proof of your Brock ID Number (employment contract, registration information).

In addition to being your main identification on campus, your Brock Card can also be used as a debit card for food purchases on campus, and for food or product purchases at select vendors off campus.

Flex dollars

Flex dollars are for students, staff and faculty. They are the flexible, worry-free alternative to carrying cash. Fast and convenient, all you need to do is swipe and go. It works the same as a debit card but without transaction costs and monthly fees.

Please note that you can add flex dollars to your card at any time online throughout the year using a Visa or MasterCard or by cash, debit, Visa or MasterCard at the Brock Card office on campus.  For more information about flex dollars, visit this site: https://brocku.ca/dining-services/brock-card/flex-dollars/

Disclaimer:
In the unlikely event of a negative flex dollars balance, you will be required to pay the overdraft amount within five days or a hold will be placed on your Brock Card until the amount is paid in full. An email will be sent to your Brock account notifying you of the overdraft. Payments can be made at the Brock Card office using cash, debit, or credit card, or online at with a credit card.
